Tianjin New Technology Industrial Park, one of the country's high-tech industry development zones approved by the State Council, covers an area of 46 square kilometers. Park consists of three parts: Huayuan Industrial Park, policies radiation area and the Tianjin Binhai 25 sq km high-tech zones.

Park office automation project aims to comprehensively improve the internal management efficiency for committee office and improve the overall social and business service capacity. After more than a year’s efforts, the implementation and acceptance of the project came to a successful end. The system involves up to 37 departments and 19 work processes. Usually it only takes half an hour by using of office automation system to complete the work requiring two days to complete, and improves work efficiency 32-fold. Nine months after system operation it accumulated more than 28,848 passengers landing the system and the system create 2,328processes. Therefore, leaders and experts in Tianjin information sectors unanimously praised the system.
